HubSpot is a really powerful CRM Platform, providing specialist (Hubs) to fit the needs of your business. Is it highly customisable, allowing us to engage with customers extremely easily, and collect information for CRM purposes in innovative ways.

I have introduced HubSpot to 4Site in conjunction with launching a new website (https://4siteit.co.uk) with a view to driving some more customer enquiries through the site. With the WordPress plugin installed and configured, site visitor information is captured into HubSpot the moment they interact through the site, whether through a contact form or LiveChat. We can see which pages they have visited and at what point they have engaged to find out more information.

HubSpot starts with a free version which is surprisingly feature rich. The next level up is Starter, moving on to Professional if additional functionality is required. Starter pricing is around £50 per month for a couple of users, but it really depends on which features are required. We can identify this after I have demo’d some of the features, but it sounds like the basic features will be more than enough (Starter).

I fell in love with HubSpot as soon as I started trialling it (sad I know!). We have now become a HubSpot Solutions Provider which is the first level of partnership they offer. I think it has a really good fit for many of our customers, especially along with some web related services we have started to offer (Design and Hosting).
