Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will be added to your order during checkout. For our metalworking machines delivery costs vary dependant on weight.

We offer free shipping on all tooling orders over £30 within mainland UK – this includes all items under our Tooling & Accessories category.

Unless otherwise agreed at order stage, your machine will be delivered on a suitable pallet to kerb side only using a third party transport company.

Larger machines may be split delivered on pallets and may require final assembly and positioning following kerb side delivery. This being the responsibility of the purchaser.

We accept no responsibility for any damage incurred beyond the point of kerb side delivery.

Please check your machine has arrived safely on receipt and if not completely satisfied, please sign as damaged when received and contact us immediately.

For customers in Northern Ireland please contact us for a shipping quote. Please note that we will require an EORI number prior to shipping, you will also need to be TSS registered.

Postal Services

Orders are sent via DPD, Royal Mail, or Pallex.

Dispatch times vary dependant on the item ordered, for machines you can request a preferred delivery date during checkout. With all orders we can confirm dispatch and proof of postage if required.

Standard UK Delivery can take 2-3 working days to arrive once dispatched, but may take longer.

Worldwide Standard Delivery takes 15-20 working days to arrive once dispatched, but may take longer.

Worldwide Express Delivery takes 3-7 working days to arrive once dispatched, but may take longer.

For machine orders please notify us of your preferred day for delivery. As all machines are checked prior to dispatch please allow at least 2-3 working days for dispatch after placing your order with us.
